The figure illustrate how locals are able to reach the city hospital which has been located on the north of City Road in two different years, that is 2007 and 2010. At first look, it can obviously be seen that the new access road is more facilitated. The new traffic circles can be considered the main feature constructed in 2010, which can handle the possible traffic issue. Whereas established in the Hospital Road in 2007, the bus stops have been relocated to the new bus station west of the road in 2010 to help traffic reduction. There were a car park on the east of Hospital Road in 2007 for using both the staff and the public, while, in 2010, public parking has been separated from that of staff and built in its new place, on the east of the hospital which is accessible through Ring Road. Overall, the new path structure of reaching the city hospital which has been reconstructed in 2010 is more convenient for people by virtue of new public parking lot, bus station, and especially roundabouts. Those traffic circles can make getting to the hospital easier than the old way by eliminating the intersections.
