Many people leave their homes in the countryside to live in large cities. What factors make people want to move to the city? How realistic is it to control the numbers of people moving to the city? Nowadays, the considerable increaseing in the rate of the immigration from the countryside to the large cities is the issue that most the governments of the world are involved with it and try to handle it with a proper solution. First of all, I think that the facilities are important factors that affect such immigration/movement of people to the cities. The lack of facilities such as medical, educational and entertainment facilities places causes to people to leave their home in country towns and move to the cities which in turn brings about the lower populations in the countryside. Moreover, living in the countryside has become more boring particularly for young people these days. They prefer to have a more exciting life, so the city is a proper choice for them. They can find a more variesvarious entertainments for instance, cinemas, theaters and stadiums at which people can spend their free time. In addition, job opportunity is another factor that leads to people move moving to the cities. It plays an important role in attracting people to the cities. Having a handsome salary and a proper social situation is an opportunity that is obtainable by people in large cities. However, we should not overlook the government’s duty in this regard. The government can create a job opportunity opportunities in small towns to prevent people from immigrating. To achieve this goal the government can invest in the countryside infrastructure by building a factory factories and service centers. So overall, I believe that, the lack of job opportunity and facilities are is an important factors that enhance increases the rate of migration to the cities.
