I intend to focus on legal efforts to address climate change and global warming. The main question in this thesis is how we can manage to some extent to strike a balance between using natural resources and protecting the environment. In this research, I intend to look for the successful examples of legislative actions the governments have taken in most environmentally-friendly countries.
