Every society’s future depends on how it grows up the younger generations. The way it chooses to treat their juvenile, forespeaks the success of its future. Either teachs them to cooperate with each other in order to bring up their government or encourages them to compete with others to win best positions. The inevitable outcomes of this decision, are the important factors which each government must deal with. To begin with, I , personally, prefer to engender my children in a society, where which aims to instilling in youth the sense of cooperation. Cooperating has far-reaching positive impacts in souls of young people, which cannot be neglected. Simply put, the children who learn to work in a group usually accepts their weakness. It will give them time to focus on what they are great at. A good illustration of this, is that an individual who can manage better than others, instead of knowing scientific facts of a project, gives special tasks to ones those who are capable of doing its sciencescientific aspect. This approach precludes superfluous actions to waste time and the success of project will happen sooner. In other words, in a society where ones one cooperates with others, deferential is the main factor. People always knows their strength, and overcome others’ weaknesses by overlapping them (with their strengthsselves). I am of the opinion that competition makes people aggressive. This will affect their behavior. More specifically, I am living in a country which where everyone competes with others. That manner puts our country in jeopardy. No one helps others in order to win a position in a better place in states organisations. They are winners due to hiding their weaknesses. The downsides to/of competitions are failing projects which no one accepts the responsibility of the failure of. To sum up, the most rational conclusion from what I said abovehas been said above, is that cooperation is the key to build up a society’s future. It is better for the youth to work in groups instead of being a winner of every little game of lives. Veneration is among those who help each other. It will help them to deal with their responsibilities over a projects and improve the sense of leadership in next generations.
