The elderly people of over so years of age should be retired and be replaced by the young. Do you agree or disagree? Nowadays in almost all countries there is the job crisis are crisis jobs. Although people with experience would like to continue to their job, young and educate people are on the in waiting list who would like to find a suitable job as well. In my view, all of people need to work for some reasons such as economic reasons or avoiding to physical and mental problems. Despite of although society needs to energize and young human resources, they need to experienced people who reduce are decline mistakes wrong process and promote power aspects in every work. In my opinion, elderly people can be useful in some parts of every company. We are witness that educated people have has sufficient theoretical knowledge, but at in the work this is necessary but not sufficient and we need practical experience to performance activities. Although Despite experienced people have good knowledge, they aren't energetic energized and innovative initiative some as young ones. So they can do activities like coaching or tutoring for the young and newly hired hiring. Also they can convey experience, shortcuts, some useful organizational behavior, communicate the culture of the company in with right ways. In this way not only do we save knowledge for to our company but also they deem, they are important person. Furthermore, it enhances increasing the talent of new young hiring if they have suitable coaching. Another method to use retired workers of the government or none government companies is hiring them in NGOs. In At my mind, elderly people have wide vision about anything and their individually personal traits and being consistent with activities in NGOs. Albeit they don't do their task as well as young ones their duties are more related to experience not age. They can behave do logically compared to inexperienced workers. Obviously, joblessness/unemployment for retired people is one of the threats in every country such as health problems, so to be logical and think deeply about it can be helpful in limiting to limit wasting energy in the society. On the other hand, we should accrue ensure that about this group because they deserve to have decent jobs. Sepideh
