In some countries students spends about 5 hours a day in school, in other countries they study even less. Does short school day have more advantages or disadvantages? Discuss. In some parts of the world pupils spend a particular amount of time in their school while in some other places people believe that students should not stay at schools for less than 5 hours a day. If the total number amount of hours students spend at school reduces, students will have more free time to spend on what they like, and this will help them to find their talent for. Spending so much time at school and beingen taught with general subjects like mathematics, physics, chemistry will do not allow students to dedicate enough time to on other subjects out of their schools like sports, music and languages. In addition to this, studies shows that children who spend more time on a regular basis are happier and healthier than the ones who spend more time at their educational place, and moreover, over they are less likely to experiment with /do drugs, drop out of school, cheat and lie. On the other hand, there are some others who believe that not only are the current usual hours of educational centers for students is not enough, but rather also they are asking for more hours reasoning that due to the hectic pace of life and modernity parents are obliged to spend more and more time at work and therefore if the amount of time students spend at schools is reduceds, they have to spend a lot of time alone at home, and this can lead to different kinds of unhealthy activities especially for adolescents. To make put a long story short, I can say that regardless of the pros and cons of this controversial subject, my votes goes for longer hours of education at schools because I believe the benefits of such a system are is more than the losses.
