Countries are becoming more and more similar because people are able to buy the same products anywhere in the world. Do you think this is a positive or negative development? The fact that the world is being transformed into a global village is undeniable. As a result, countries or even our tastes are growing closer to each other day by day which has have plenty of advantages and trivial disadvantages. It is often said that globalization has eliminated countries' borders and engenders a competitive atmosphere to produce cheaper commodities with higher quality such that some of them even are produced with a partnership among several countries. For instance, using plenty of Chinese workforce which are much more cheaper than other countries with the technology of developed countries like the USA can bring along make these achievements. It has brought us to have the access to goods which are the best all over the world. Looking at it from a negative viewpoint, the entrance of alien merchandise in a country can change people's interests in using local products which cannot compete with big corporations in terms of quality and the price. Consequently, people would be gradually excluded from domestic products which used to be commensurate with people's taste. In this case, we are faced with losing diversity, and no matter where we live, we access the same products. I personally think that these massive changes in our lifestyle have has caused us to reach more prosperity and take advantage of new products which cannot be manufactured in our countries for many reasons from lack of required technology to unsuitable weather conditions. In To conclusion, although this new phenomenon has led to losing diversity and some local producers going bankrupt some local producers, it has provided us with cheaper and more qualified goods.
