Some people argue that it is more important to have an enjoyable job than to earn a lot of money. Others disagree and think that a good salary leads to a better life. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. There has always been controversy were always arguments about/concerning effective parameters in on job satisfaction between employees and employers, and this challenge will never ends between among them. Some say the most important reason of/for working is to makeing money. Therefore, the more you gain, the more successful you are. They believe if you receive less money in one job, then you must change it and try to get your foot on the prosperity ladder. They assert that the more money you earn, the more relaxed and happier you are, whereas making less money in your career leads you to enormous personal and social difficulties. Opponents, on the other hand, point out bring forward problems which you might encounter in some occupations, especially those which seem charming from others' point of view, such as high levels of stress and losing much more of your leisure time. They think if anybody likes their job they will spend more time on for it with satisfaction and this will result in remarkable achievements for them. Besides, it is recommended by professionals that everybody should start their work according to their fields of interest, because in other conditions by farit seems far‐fetched will they will succeed in their occupation. From my point of view, it will be better for every employee to do make their effort with enthusiasm. Therefore, it reveals levels of intelligence of workers who select their job by their affection interest and subsequently continue it with/in all by seriousness and pleasure. Although it is proposed that we to do any activity with desire, this concern might be important to the extents that magnates job‐lords do not exploit labor. In such conditions workingmen should try to present their objection but not to decrease their enthusiastic feelings toward their business. In a nutshell, although making noticeable handsome money every month as a wage is important, especially for those who are in charge of a family, selecting and persevering hanging on ina likeable career is more acceptable.
