Some people work for the same organization all their organization life. Others think that it is better to work for different organizations. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. Working permanently in an association or being a temporary employee is are an important concerns for workers and some tend to change their workplace every each few years as a strategic movement, and others try to keep their position. As a strategy technique, you may think of changing your workplace, the company or office you are working in there, to have a better position or income, and it is an effective approachtechnique, but in some cases, and it dependsdepending on your situation in your working area and the amount of your experience there, and in your career. If you have a considerable amount of experience and you are an old‐timer, when you talk with your employer about your decision, they may offer suggest you a better salary or a promotion and ask you to continue, but in some cases this can be a surprising acceptance from them. Furthermore, having a new job in a new system or an association can bring you some new friends and colleagues, and then you can learn new methods to do your job and you will be acquainted with new software and hardware of your work. As my personal experience, you would have a stronger personality and job discipline if you have worked in multiple companies as well as a job reputationfame, if you do your duty both persistently and with commitment. On the other hand, there are some drawbacks for this technique. If you cannot present yourself properly in the new workplace, they may conceive that you have been fired from the previous jobs;, then you are not a dependable employee, and not only will they not give you a higher salary but they prefer to offer/suggest you the same position until you do your best, and itwhich will take your time and money. In conclusion, working permanently in an association or changing the workplace once in a while each few years depends on the employers’ management system and a person’s feelings, but in all systems, change will leads us to a better condition, I think.
