Furthermore, it reflects the intensified importance of the whole international economy. For example when a multinational company establishes a factory in developing countries, new equipment, fresh management skills and job vacancies are all in the best interest benefit of local society. By globalization people all over the world can communicate together easier via the internet and totally virtual world. For example, individuals can obtain some professional skills through the experts who are specialized in some professions via those technologies. On the other hand, nobody can deny the devastating consequences of globalization. However, some economists and sociologists believe that not only has it it has not created the job opportunities, but also it is has decreased substantial development of economy and employment in some countries. As a result, when some countries like china are is experiencing high job growth and also have a is thriving economy,. on the contrary, some other countries have shifted to consumer societies. For example when the factories in china produce a huge amount of goods in a short time due to high cheap labor, therefore, these commodities would be presented low‐priced which entices some communities to purchase them instead of supporting local byproducts.
