TOPIC: Every country has poor people and every country has different ways of dealing with the poor. What are some of the reasons for world poverty? What can we do to help the poor? Over the first half of the last century, the growth of the world population caused a large the absolute number of poor people in the world to increase. It must be noted that is significant to say that there is no single reason for poverty. In other words, there are many factors on which poverty depends. This essay will discuss some of the reasons for the poverty and what can be done to prevent it. For a number of reasons, poverty has become an issue in many countries all around the world. Illiteracy is one of the major factors that has have contributed immensely to in poverty. It is often seen that people are reluctant to send their children to educational institutions in poor countries. These institutions could offer assistance in changing their destiny. Despite of its benefits, people would like their children to get involved in dulge their children in some paid work, which couldn't help significantly in altering their present conditions. Some countries have a large population of poor people due to duo to the poor performance of the government. For example, in totalitarian governments under the dictatorial president ship, many people are facing problems such as starvation, unemployment, inflation and unstable economic conditions which lead to broaden widening the gap between the rich and the poor. Some nations have poverty-stricken people in their areas because they are lazy and not uninterested in working. Certain countries like Africans are facing poverty problems as a result of unfavorable geographical locations. Actions like establishing employment opportunities for lowlaw-income and disadvantageds families, ensuring minimum levels of health care services are few examples among several measures to address this challenge/poverty globally and redress the imbalance in societies. To this end, provision of financial support by governments should be a high priority to improve economic growth and help the poor. In conclusion, undeniably governments have a crucial role to play in eradicating poverty from society but the governments cannot prevent poverty solely, nor can individuals undertake such a formidable task. Therefore, it calls for joint action between both parties.
