Task: In many countries the amount of crime is increasing. What do you think are the main causes of crime? How we can deal with those causes? One of the most important issues which many countries are struggling with is the crime wave. There are numerous number of causes in this regard some of which besides some solutions will be discussed in this essay. My personal conviction is that poverty is first and foremost reason why we observe the crime rate is increasing. Many offenders commit an offence because they cannot provide for their family, so carrying out a felony is their only chance to settle their financial issues. Moreover, it is believed that a proper education plays a vital role in preventing individuals form turning to crime. Last but not least, it is claimed that the gangs have easy access to the Internet where they can easily seduce individuals who are morally susceptible to carry out a crime. In spite of crime rising, there are an enormous number of solutions which can be taken into account in order to reduce this trend. The majority of experts claim that by creating job opportunities we can cut the number of criminals. In other words, the more job vacancies, the less fewer offenders. In addition, every sensible person asserts that it is incumbent on the education system to raise awareness against the adverse effects of committing a crime. Also, governments should introduce laws by which delinquents will be penalized if they try to attract juveniles to crime through the Internet or any other ways. In conclusion, we should consider that perpetration of committing a crime/wrongdoing/felony is not a novel phenomenon, so it is quite impossible either to eradicate it or decreaseing the rate in short run a short period. However, I believe that statesmen have a pivotal role in reducing the offence crime rate not only by legislation/introducing laws, but also educational activities.
