More and more people buy or use cars and it makes an impact on the environment. Discuss the consequences of this trend. What could be a solution to this problem? Nowadays a remarkable number of scientists consider pollution the most important problem which humankind has is encountered, inasmuch as many individuals tend to purchase and use cars which are adversely affecting our surroundings. Critics assert that the more we use personal cars, the more crowded streets we will have, and as a result the more polluted cities we would be faced with. Humans are destroying their environment by polluting it more and more every day. In fact, they are ruining their living planet by emission of green-house gasses which leads to ozone layer depletion, and eventually leading leads their habitat to destruction/vanish. Although much many effort has been made to decrease the number rate of polluting causes, their number is remarkably increasing day by day. The newly manufactured cars are added to the stuck stocked ones in traffic, and making noise and smoke. Experts believe that to diminish this disadvantageous trend it is the government’s responsibility to implement plans to encourage people to use public transportation for their daily inter-city journeys. To this end, authorities should spend more money in the field of the passenger transporting infrastructure. People might use buses and trains to commute if they find them convenient and economical. In addition, people should be persuaded to use other means of transportation which do not need fossil fuel such as bikes/bicycles. Besides, individuals should notice that they can walk to some of their destinationssome paths, for example for shopping in markets which are located in their neighborhood. To summarize, although people have the right to use private transport, they had better gravitate towards public transport so that less pollution is caused through their fuel burning functioning, thereby giving the earth the chance to breathe again. . in spite of the right that people have to buy cars, inasmuch as using these facilities which burn fuel is destructive/baneful, they should try to change their transportation method to reduce the rate of carbon dioxide production and let the earth to breath once again.
