Task: Young people in the modern world seem to have more power and influence that any previous young generation. Why is this case? What impact does this have on the relation between old and young? Unlike In spite of last decades, we observe numerous young individuals who are the managers of international companies or the top rank politicians in parties while there are quite a few experienced persons there. There are a lot of causes in this regard some of which as well as the major effects of this change on the interaction between elder and younger individuals will be discussed. Many sociologists claim that technology is the first and foremost reason which leads juveniles to be more successful compared with their former generation. For instance, the internet creates a great atmosphere where adolescents are able to surf, learn and develop their expertise, while the elder people were deprived of that when they were young youth. In addition, the modern education system is incomparable with that in previous years, for nowadays by novel methods of pedagogy, teachers are able to recognize gifted abilities of each schoolchildren and hone them, so the community will accept individuals who are well-trained based on their certain capabilities. Thus, it is extremely crystal clear that we have a vast number of powerful and influential young individuals these days. However, it is absolutely clear that there are some adverse impacts on relation between generations by this trend. One of the most dramatic effects is that the younger individuals not only fail to respect to elder ones, but also they do not pay attention to their guidesguidances. Furthermore, although the elder people have great experiences, in many cases they are ignored (either)under the pretext by this motive that either their skills are old-fashioned or not practical these days. In conclusion, my personal conviction is that this trend is inevitable. However, we will pay heavy tolls, if we deliberately do not let them play roles in making decisions because their knowledge is like a treasure which we cannot find it in any books, articles or university universities’ courses.
