Paying teachers based on their students’ successes can be an interesting issue to debate. We can explore in this subject from in two points of views, one of which them is students’ opinion and the another is teachers’ opinion in this regard. I agree with this issue up to a point and I find it hard to believe that it can be utilized in every case. For instance, when a student doesn't try to learn or doesn't have enough intelligence or motivation for learning and all of these things make it hard for teachers to see improvement of their students to an acceptable extent and it will be caused financial detriment for them in such cases. On the contrary, when a student is hardworking and talented maybe he can make a good progress and achieve big success even in the presence of a mediocre teacher, so in these circumstances maybe teachers do not esn't deserve to be paid much money. Besides, what I said about how much controversy can be existed when we want to perform this deed, I would like to express the virtual advantages that can accompany with this topic. When the amount of money that a teachers earns be depends on his students' success absolutely the teacher try tries to do his best and in general it can lead to innovation in teaching methods and changinge the structure of the educational system from recession to a hectic environment. In conclusion, as a student I agree with this issue but we shouldn't ignore this matter can be obscure in some aspects.
