However, there are a few investigations into effects of this change on people who choose to go and their dependents especially children who are the weakest. On the other hand, there are some possible side effects for children from family movement to foreign countries for new job opportunities. In many cases, these work permissions are temporary and after a certain time, the whole of family’s members have to come back to their own countries and this unsteady condition will not be suitable for raising children. They mentally need a peacefully constant environment for education and social development and these sorts of relocations will cause issues that may finally may end up withlead to mental problems in children. In addition, some cultural shocks would be extremely harmful for younger people. Virtually, cultural diversity is a doubleedged sword and if parents could not manage this condition, it could result in bigger issues like social isolations, thereby increasing the chance of depression. In conclusion, it seems that the decision about moving to other countries for working would be a tricky one and it needs a careful consideration especially for someone who have has children.
