We all work or will work in our jobs with many different kinds of people. In your opinion, what are some important characteristics of a co-worker (someone you work closely with)? Use reasons and specific examples to explain why these characteristics are important. Pursuing our various paths, like it or not, a considerable portion of us have to dedicate at least one-third of the life to the work in a certain juncture of that. Inevitably we share these moments with others playing their own roles based on their own styles simultaneously in our workplaces. Therefore, it worth to countcounting some qualities of these humorously time-taking partners who should be professionally reliable. Of course, this is a sine qua none but not adequate. In my opinion, a valid associate should be morally dependable too. On the one hand, professionalism is an irreconcilable property of a trustworthy colleague to the extent that we can hear of this elegant metaphor in every discussion revolving around this very issue: “Try to be an asset, not a liability.” An irksomely irresponsible man unwilling to learn has a long distinction to capture within a punctual aspired inspired person who not only shoulders his/her responsibilities but also is present at those unwanted hard times any individuals and company would be faced with. Moreover, this rapid pace of development requires open minds and fast learners. On the other hand, a credible co-worker should try to adhere (be adhered) to moral etiquettes in every circumstance. Depressed by the sick environment of his workplace, a friend of mine left it whereas he was about to receive a much sought-after tasty promotion. He told me that no sooner had he left his office at the end of the day than his colleagues started to gossip about his privacy. In contrast, I am enjoying my workplace right now with the sense of honesty and benevolence generated by the people around. Barely can I forget the sever time that I was engaged with a breath-takingtaxing situation in my personal life that where my partner not only helped me in my arduous tasks but also provides provided me with a feeling of trust with which I easily appealed to his help in that personal matter. In a nutshell, while a working day starting beside a dependable colleague satisfied with his/her job would end up in a zealous mood, an inattentive tedious one can ruin an otherwise pleasant condition.
