Nowadays, many people around the world keep pets at in their houses. But is it really safe? In my opinion, there is no reason to worry if we are careful. First of all, we should consider the pet’s safety. Can it survive in the conditions of our country or city? Can we as pet owners provide a comfortable and convenient environment for the animal? Does its nature allow it to be locked inside a cage or a house or an aquarium? These are some of the questions that every pet owner should ask oneself before buying or adopting a pet. The next point is the safety of the residents of our house or apartment. Many people have allergic reactions which can be very dangerous and can cause serious problems. And of course, our neighbors might have problems with us keeping pets. Our older neighbors may be bothered by barking of our dog, or maybe there is a problem generated by someone’s belief. In Islam, It is forbidden to touch a dog and the surfaces which have been touched by the animal are untouchable and unclean.
