Going overseas for university study is an exciting prospect for many people. But while it may offer some advantages, it is probably better to stay home because of difficulties a student inevitably encounters living and studying in a different culture. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement? It is a fantastic opportunity to be granted with a chance of overseas studying for a student. But one has to consider both its merits and demerits and outweigh weigh the one which issince it is both an extraordinary and overwhelming experience. Choosing to continue education abroad comes with many challenges, namely facing a totally different culture and behavior. They can be demanding because a person raised in a completely unlike/dissimilar/unfamiliar/unalike society, find their attitude poles apart from theirs and sometimes unacceptable. Finding a way to get along with all those differences and even getting used to them is a necessity and it is strongly advised to do so with an open mind. Some an other challenge is to get familiar with the host country's law and rules. The act that was acceptable in your country may be illegal in other countries and without knowing that you may do them it and be charged with many crimes and maybe even be deported. Earning money if you are not loaded wealthy is a big difficulty too since working as a student may be against the law in that country. One should have thought about the ways of earning money while before they are a student thoroughly and then travel, if they do not want to face financial issues. Many find educating overseas in a completely different environment exciting and they are looking forward to those differences and learning them. It is true that it is a great experience and if you can do so it can be very much rewarding. Studying where intellectuals studied and where greater professors are teaching can be a reward which fewnumerous disadvantages cannot not outweigh it. Even to know/knowing that after your academic path there is a brighter future, business wise ahead of you, can be a great incentive to push you to overcome all those named difficulties. In sum, I find studying overseas a gratifying opportunity whichthat a person should embrace because it can lift hone/improve/enhace skills. But it is vital to have a roadmap for your journey and keep an open mind to change and even a great amount of time should be allocated to study the rules governing that country. I believe that sometimes, leaving the comfort zone is necessary for a better and brighter future.
