In our modern era, the world needs many scientists. Some of them study in a specific field and others study in different fields. A question which is a the matter of concern is whether studying in a particular subject is better than a general study in that field.? I am, to a great extent, of the opinion that we must study in a certain field and specialists are more effective than other scientists to develop science. To begin with, standing at the turn of the new century, we observe the twentiethy/20th century as a great advancement in technology. Broadly speaking, the technology is complicated. Engineers and others must work exactly. To be more specific if you do not know many much technical information about your work, you will be failed, in this conditions, general information will not help you. As an illustration, if you are be a computer engineer, you must know small very details about your work and with a superficial study you will not be able to make/build a computer or could not repair them. Of equal importance is the fact that if you decide to study many academic subjects efficiently, it will take many years to learn all of them. Simply stated, sciences are developing every day and after a year we will see a lot of many new development in those that subjects. To be more specific, you must study more and more to update your information, and you will not have enough time to do this work. However, what I stated cannot be overgeneralized to all contexts., for instance, some people study different subjects and are the best in those that subjects. To put it in a nutshell, from my point of view it is better to study only one specific subject. To recapitulate the reasons, not only can we update our technical information, but also some complex subjects need more time for to learning, and we cannot learn all of them at the same time
