At the present time, the population of some countries includes a relatively large number of young adults, compared with the number of older people. Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages? Thanks to the improvements in health condition all over the world, the number of people suffering from diseases resulting in fatality has decreased significantly over the past few years. Some of the Countries now enjoys a high young population rate, benefiting from this young generation to boost their economic and social conditions., however, some believes that this large number of young adults can act be as a double-edged sword and have has its own drawbacks too. In my opinion the upsides of this phenomenona far outweigh its drawback. First and foremost, having a relatively young generation than that of old will allow a country to take its benefit by having a tremendous supply of active human resource which can help the country flourish the country both economically and socially. Not only can the young generation contribute to a country financially, but also they can inject energy into the community as well. Based on a study conducted by JSI School of business, countries with a high youth rate were on top of the "best countries to live in" list. On the other hand, opponents' claims that the senior citizens can play a significant role in leading a country, and that their paucity in a society will leads to chaos, so there balance is key. Nevertheless, from my point of view if a country has a secured a comprehensive educational system where which there is an equal opportunity for everyone, the youth can gain benefits from learning and be ready for higher ranked position soon, so the cliché has undergone a change and the younger adults can also be appointed as minister or a president of a country if the educational system of that country is of a high level. In a nutshell, although the experience of senior citizens is a precious asset for a country and it should be documented and transferred to next generations, shifting from older adults to young ones for a country is inevitable, so the perks far outweigh its drawbacks.
