The dilemma of unemployment Today's people struggle with the unemployment issue. The rate of unemployment seems to be higher in the third world countries' nationals. There are lots of factors that cause this issue, such as overpopulation, poor economy, educational reasons, and also we shouldn't miss the fact that there are lots of employees, who have got a job by having strong connections or quota, and furthermore in some developed countries machine automation is replacing human workers. There are three types of educational reasons,. one is people who don't have adequate degrees to get a proper job,. the second group are the ones who hold associated high degrees but don't have enough experience in their major, and finally the third group have job experience but are not satisfied with the payment, environment and commute, so they are always on the run and trying to find their ideal job by resigning from their former position. Young Iranian young people are mostly categorized in the second and third groups, usually with majors that don't interest them. There are some suggested solutions for this matter that can be used in our country. We need to hire powerful consultants in our educational system that have adequate information about details of the majors and labor market to be able to help students further., this solution would definitely help students find their interests from an early age and decide what major they would want to choose in the future. people with no sufficient decent educational degree or no particular job experience, can be encouraged to take some degree based courses in defined/certain institutes and after passing practical exams, can receive invitation letters to get hired as an internship from a company through a recommendation from the institutes,. this way they can get hired/find employment in a related field, or we can create new occupations especially the ones that don't require a university degree.
