In many countries, children are engaged in some kind of paid work. Some people regard this as completely wrong, while others consider it as valuable work experience, important for learning and taking responsibility. In this day and age, children's preparation for future life is one … the tremendous argues in modern society. Certainly, for achieving high level of successful in upcoming life, experience and knowledge are similar to two wings of bird that should work together. Children are engaging in some sorts of paid work during their childhood is one … the major debate nowadays. This controversial issue is going to be discussed in this essay. Generally, experience comes from working background and knowledge from studying. Some individuals strongly persist that children should focus on education during adolescence and working especially paid job lead to dilapidate their concentration to their main goal but after they have got diploma, they can find a job. Nonetheless, from my estimation, working during childhood has a huge influence to mental puberty and cause better chance to find appropriate job or field of study in university. Having specific job, without consideration of paying money or not, help individuals to broaden their vision and open the doors of life for them. For instance, during my childhood, I was crazy fan of vehicles and always try to find technical or non-technical information about them, so my parents talked to one the local car repair shop and I worked there as trainee during summer holiday for more than three years. This experience had a big influence to my point of view that encouraged me to select mechanical engineering in college. To sum up, experience and knowledge are like to two sides of coins and for achieving great successful you should combine these two aspects during the child- stage and had no fear to face with them.
