Name: Sam Tavakoli Subject: “Modern society needs specialists in certain fields , but not in others. Some people therefore think that government should pay university fees for students who study subjects should not received government funding . What the advantages of such an educational policy outweigh the disadvantages? “ During the last decade which where most of countries are growing and developing at a fast rate , they have to support and care for those who are professionals and specialists in specific areas. However, there are some ideas people against this theory which who have different ideas. If the government allocates sufficient budget to the specialists and supports them with appropriate facility, They can build up the society and this is going to be useful for all people. Furthermore, there are number of talented people and geniuses people who suffer from lack of money which who government does not support them ,they will be disappointed and immigrant immigrate to other developed countries for instance the majority of successful graduated students in Iran run away in order to have better future and use their special skills in other countries. This is the worst situation for countries who allocate money to students during their educational time and at the end society cannot use the result of this investment. the last point to support this idea is that for the government does not need a huge fund to this program but the return of investment is so brilliant and each person can make enormous profit to their economy. On the other hand , there are opposed views that are believed it is not fair to distribute national fund to specific groups and it should be divided equally among people because , if other parts of the system such as back up team , transportation, security and etc. does not work well the specialists could not success succeed in projects. In my opinion , each country have has to care for and support their young and professionals talented people and if the infrastructure of the country doesn’t cover the needs and demand of for specialists , that society encounters to terrible/serious problems.
