The figure informs water consumption in separated zones of the world, and compares them for three usage destinations in percentage. In the charts, it obviously can been seen that in the most areas the destination of water usage is the agricultural use, except two areas, North America and Europe where the industrial use is considered the major areas that water has been consumed. Moreover, the domestic use in South America is 19 percent, while in Central Asia is not more than 7 per cent. Another fact that can be fetched from the figure is the Industrial use of water in Central Asia and Africa has the minimum share of water usage, despite North America and Europe. The domestic Use of water in three areas, South East Asia, Central Asia and Africa is less than 10 per cent which is in other three zones are more than 10 per cent. The agricultural use in Europe is around 32 percent, but in Central Asia it is higher than 85 per cent. Overall, water usage in agriculture is the main destination in the most areas of the world, while domestic plus industrial use in those areas have less than 30 per cent share.
