In recent years some countries have experienced very rapid economic development. This has resulted in much higher standards of living in urban areas but not in the country side. This situation may bring some problems for the country as a whole. What are these problems? How might they be reduced? Nowadays, some people believe that the economic economycondition of some countries has grown promptly. Therefore, this occasion condition provides a decent quality of life for people who live in the cities while the quality of residents living in the rural area remains inappropriately. Generally, allocating more a larger budget to cities in comparison with the countryside country sides causes people who live in urban to have a better situation, so it leads to a few big troubles for the rural residents. The most serious one could be that people are willing to move into urban areas. This would mean that because of excellent amenities such as the hospitals, cinemas, and other facilities in the urban districts people tend to leave their hometown, consequently, the population of the cities will increase; moreover, not only will the traffic become critical but also the air quality of cities might be heavily polluted. Another devastating effect could be that if a large number of people leaves the rural areas the agricultural industry may be destroyed because the industry depends on the population of workers living in the country side. However, these problems are not insolvable provided that suitable measures are adopted. The most effective way to clear up the first problem might be that governments assign enough money to the rural areas. For instance, with construction of hospitals, roads and other infrastructures people will be encouraged to live in their own countryarea. And with regard to the second, it could be resolved if the government provided an opportunity for farmers such as giving a subvention to them. To sum up, governments should share budgets equally between cities and rural areas in order to provide a balanced situation in terms of the economic and social situation.
