Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Children should be required to help with household tasks as soon as they are able to do so. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. Some people say that we should dedicate some household tasks to children because it help them to learn discipline and independency for their adult life, but others think that this tasks kill their leisure time and therefore they could not play game with their friends in that time and so their creativity will be damaged by that. It is a highly controversial issue but according some reasons which I will explain below, I adhere to the latter point of view. First of all I should say that there is not just one way to prepare the children for their future life and teach them discipline, responsibility, house holding and etc. indeed, this aim could be realized by introducing some games and amusing activity to them. Also the physical children talents are different and we could not be sure that this young people can tolerate some works or cannot withstand others. In this condition allocate domestic work to children could put their healthiness in danger. Another reason that makes us to doubt about the benefit of forcing children to take responsibility at housework is omission of their free time. Based on recent researches children brain is developed by playing and resting. So when they are forced to doing anything else, their brains growing are interrupted. In this condition not only don't they learn anything but also their brains shrink. Consequently, I don't want to say that children should not help their parent in everyday chores but we should not force them for that. Also children should be exempt from heavy housework which could be harmful for to them.
