write a letter to your city council that the road in front of your house is damaged. In your letter, you should  tell him your name and where you are living.  describe the problem  suggest what you want him to do for it dear sirs or madams I write this letter in regard to the decline in quality of the roadway across my house in Azadi Street, Prinston, which has not been addressed despite the verbal correspondence I operated with one of your staff and the sequent phone complaint. I have been living here for 15 years and was blissfully happy, taking pride in how peaceful and impeccable my neighborhood looked, but the current state of disrepair and neglect seems bitterly disappointing. The roadway before the entrance of to my house is now desperately in the need of repair as a sinkhole has recently opened up. Although it is not massive, and I believe this has led your employees into obliviousness, it has caused constant struggle and started to grow since its appearance. In addition to the difficulty my family and I encounter to enterentering and leave the house, since it happened due to two water main leaks and damage to a sewer line, it has left a number of houses in the vicinity with low water pressure; mine almost no water. I trust you will be able to rectify this situation perhaps by sending a team to have the mains fixed and rebuild the road. I look forward to hearing back from you Yours faithfully,
